Our wedding packages can take advantage of the following facilities:

• Table decorations
  These can be provided by us at an addition of £350 or £500 to include a toastmaster which will include red carpet, fresh flower arrangements menus, place names, gift decoration for each guest and menu board for table planning alternatively you can provide these yourselves at no extra cost.

• Entertainment:
  We can provide details upon requests for different requirements from live bands –Pianists, Guitarists, qourtets etc
  Dj complete with sound system

• Pa system for speeches.Fun Casino Black Jack & Roulette tables

• Fireworks display

• BBQ either for the evening before advent or the evening of the advent

• Chocolate fountains & ice sculptures

• Old fashion traditional ice cream van
  (this can be arranged to come to the property during your advent giving out ice creams to your guests)

Terms and conditions:

• Payment Schedule
  A deposit of £1,500 is required upon the time of booking followed by the following stage payments:
  A non refundable 5o% payment of the planned event becomes payable 4 months prior
  The final 50% of payment of the event becomes payable one month prior.

• Cancellation policy
  Bookings that are cancelled less than 7 months prior to the event must be made in writing to the hotel we will then be happy to refund deposits paid providing we are able to re-sell the venue date.
  
  If the booking is cancelled less than the above the deposit becomes non refundable
  
  4 months before the event the 50% stage payment becomes non refundable and one month before the final 50% payment also becomes non refundable.

• Entertainment
  We have to contain music within the inside of the hotel and allow up to 11 pm after this time soft background music will be allowed only.

• Bar
  Please be aware that the hotel will be closed as from 11.30 pm with drinking up time by 12 midnight residence staying at the hotel may drink upto 1am

• Insurance
  Beeches recommend clients look at taking out wedding insurance.

• Corkage
  Beeches do not offer a corkage service. All drinks must be purchased from the hotel and consumed within the hotel grounds.

• Damages
  Please be aware that any damage caused to the hotel and grounds will be charged.
