The Beeches has a unique warm & relaxed charm that sets it apart, with four unbelievably lavish & spacious boutique suites to choose from each with its own individual style & design.

Our inclusive Wedding package as follows:

• Full payment to registrar for the wedding ceremony, licenced room, wedding chairs and Flowers.

• Ceremony Drinks & Canapés for celebration of the marriage (for all guest attending the wedding ceremony of up to 60 persons) depending on the season a menu of choice will be provided.

• Honeymoon suite to include a bottle of champagne & strawberries plus Rose Petals over the bridal bed.

• Accommodation for up to 12-16 persons inclusive of Beeches cottage based on a full one night stay (there is a wide range of additional accommodation within easy reach of the hotel)

• Buck Fizz Pre- Wedding Breakfast for all guests staying or up to 20 persons (this can be flexible i.e. held on the morning of the ceremony or the day after or a celebration for after the wedding for smaller venues which is the most suited).

• Wedding Cake designed of your choice and served with Sparkling chilled wine and strawberries for up to 60 guests (champagne can be provided an additional cost)
• For the two that counts the most.
  
  Bride- a full wedding Hair & Make up inclusive of consultation rehearsal and wedding day
  Groom- Men’s Facial and Hair for wedding day

• Couples Wedding Beeches Ceremony of Dreams full Day Pamper either pre wedding day or day after held in our exclusive couple’s room.(or a pre arranged date to suite)

• Children’s gift boxes containing bubbles and game

• Confetti for each couple (or single) person attending

For receptions we will provide crockery, cultlery glasses, table cloths and cotton napkins for up to 60 guests free of charge.

This package is included for those who wish to go on to create their own wedding preparations for the reception and or evening advent if required.

This means inclusive of your package you can have the exclusive rights of the hotel and its grounds at no extra cost on this package.

This is ideal for clients wishing to have more control on their budgets we have listed a comprehensive range of contacts of recommendations to cover most requirements including those extra special surprises.

Costings:

All inclusive one night and day package as above £4,000 inclusive of vat

All inclusive two night package of the hotel £7,000 inclusive of vat (inclusive of guest pampering spa packages and lucheaon) for 20 people

(Any longer exclusivity packages of the hotel can be negotiated upon request)

Additional nights required without exclusitivity as follows £1,000 for hotel and £250 for cottage per night

Additional chairs and tables for more than 60 guests an added cost will be provided upon request

Hotel is fully licensed and can provide a full bar facilities

Reception food buffet from £25 per person or sit down meals £35 per person.

Evening food quotations upon request.

Wine per table from quotations upon request.

Staff will be provide throughout to cater for up to 60 guests (day time only) after this amount an additional cost for extra staff prices upon request.

Soft security maybe required cost provided on request.
